Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes related to learning about, contacting, or booking Tercio Studios. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use site content in a way that violates applicable law or another party’s rights.

Quotes, bookings, and services

A booking request is not final until Tercio Studios confirms the appointment. Scope, pricing, delivery, payment, cancellation, travel, and rescheduling terms stated in a confirmed quote, invoice, booking page, or written agreement control if they differ from these website terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate property and contact information, arranging lawful access, identifying material site hazards or restrictions, and ensuring the property is ready at the scheduled time. Weather, airspace, safety, access, or other conditions may require changes to aerial or on-site work.

Media and intellectual property

Tercio Studios retains ownership of original media and grants the client the usage rights stated in the applicable quote, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website content, branding, text, graphics, and media may not be copied, resold, or redistributed beyond the rights provided with a completed service.

Portfolio images show completed Tercio Studios assignments. Their appearance on this website does not transfer copyright or grant reuse rights beyond viewing the portfolio.

Tercio Studios SMS program

You may opt in by texting START to (737) 265-2771. By doing so, you expressly consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and customer-care text messages from Tercio Studios at the mobile number used to opt in. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies and is typically no more than four messages per appointment, plus messages you initiate. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you text STOP, you may receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again by texting START, UNSTOP, or YES.

Third-party services
